Saurav Atri, Director of Talent Sourcing at Gallup, will share the Strengths Based Development philosophy and the Strengths Formula. He will take participants through a series of activities to help participants identify, understand and develop their strengths.

While many organisations in Singapore recognise the importance of fair and progressive workplace practices, few are able to measure the effectiveness of their existing HR practices or benchmark their practices against others in the industry. TAFEP has partnered the National University of Singapore to develop a Fair and Progressive Employment Index to enable organisations to self-assess their employment practices against industry best practices.
